In 2006, we took on a meaningful project—building a brick retaining wall outside Florence A. Smith Elementary School No. 2. For our family, this wasn’t just another job; it was a contribution to a school that had become a second home. The wall would stand as a lasting piece of the community, watching over generations of students, teachers, and families.
Sixteen years later, we returned—not for a new project, but to restore what we built 16 years ago. We cleaned each brick ensuring it remained a source of pride for the school. Our commitment to craftsmanship goes beyond the initial build—it’s about preserving quality work that stands the test of time.
The Oceanside & Island Park Herald featured this story, recognizing not just the workmanship, but the values behind it. For over 30 years, Briguglio Construction has built more than just masonry—we’ve built relationships, trust, and a reputation for creating timeless spaces that endure. This project serves as a reminder of our dedication—not only to perfecting our craft but to the local communities we serve.
